“I wanna get out, hey take me away. I wanna shout out take me away, away, away, away, away.”
- Take Me Away, Lash.
No progress on site today to report. However, I did have a bit of a chat with my PD neighbour’s brickie. He’s getting geared up for his holiday & is hoping to finish their house tomorrow. He noted that my brickies had issues with doing the RHS front piece of the garage wall, as the plaster delivery was in the way. That’s why the wall just kind of ends in a juttered limbo. That sux! Actually, after all the excitement of the delivery, it’s just been sitting there getting knocked around & being in the way. I guess if there hadn’t been a delay with my bricks delivery, then they may have started to plaster already…

My sand slowing shrinking (and wandering next door).

Splat! The mortar leaves an impression.

Bricks around the back ready for the next wall.

The mortar slowly drying & lightening.

Line guide in place ready, outside the study’s window.

The roof & brick colours are coming together nicely.

Mess all over my ZH neighbour’s land.

My brown terrain bricks shining in the sun.

PD neighbour’s bricks progress past bedroom 2’s window.

POV from the study’s window.

It aint getting any prettier as it dries…

The hallways gets a bit dirty.

A nice red wall feature through here on the bricks to brighten up the bathroom?

The offending plaster delivery.

POV is marginally better when the mortar dries. PD neighbour’s bricks still suck.

That’s much better! X marks the spot for devinely cool bricks. ;p
